JOSH Cox
Josh Cox is a regional sales leader and entrepreneur in the door-to-door industry, known for building elite teams and scalable systems inside AIMVO Pest Control. Starting from the doors himself, Josh has personally sold and trained dozens of reps and now leads “The Pack,” a high-performance sales organization focused on discipline, leadership, and personal growth.
Josh specializes in recruiting, training, and developing young men into top-tier performers, helping them build real skills, real income, and real confidence. His leadership philosophy blends mindset, structure, and execution — turning average people into uncommon producers.
Outside of sales, Josh is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and Amazon business owner, obsessed with building wealth, legacy, and leaders.
